The Challenge
Autoware Foundation was entering the Southeast Asia market for the first time, using ROSCon Singapore 2025 as a launchpad.
Without a local team, they needed to build community, connect with government and tech stakeholders, and establish meaningful partnerships through a high-impact yet locally relevant event.
The Solution
Novarch designed and delivered a curated, sci-fi-inspired networking experience "Automaton After Party" event extending ROSCon Singapore 2025 into a more intimate, high-value setting.
Hosted in Haji Lane, the event blended autonomous technology with cultural storytelling to spark meaningful connections.
A curated panel featuring leaders from AMD, Tier IV, and Open Robotics positioned the event as both a thought leadership and networking platform.

The Result
Together with Autoware Foundation, we secured partnerships with sponsors AMD and Tier IV, alongside partners including Open Robotics, Singapore Enterprise, Antler, Mole, The Runway Ventures, Build Club, Eventsize, and venue partner Blu Jaz.
The event drove meaningful connections and positioned the client strongly within Singapore’s tech ecosystem.
